We recorded dozens of VuGen scripts with LoadRunner and now Internet Explorer was crashing when launching a new Click and Script. The cause was Data Execution Prevention. System Properties>Advanced, click the Settings button under Performance, go to the Data Execution Prevention tab. If you have “Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select” selected, use the Add button to add Internet Explorer to the exception list. This solved the problem for us.
